Refund and Returns Policy

Personalised and custom-made items

Non-returnable status:

All personalised or custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Exceptions:

This policy does not apply if the item is faulty or incorrectly printed by us.
Faulty item process:

If a personalised item is faulty, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it to request a return. You will need to provide your order number.

Non-personalised items

Return window: Non-personalised items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Condition: Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all original packaging .

Return and refund process

Refund method:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.
Return shipping:
